which courier do you use?
All watches at R.M. Gallagher are shipped via DHL Express. Our reliable partner for all our worldwide customers provides a great service and end-to-end real time tracking from our warehouse to your address. Shipping normally takes 7-10 business days.
What fees do I shoulder?
Shipping, handling and insurance are on us. You will be responsible for any tax customs will impose on your package.
Has this been authenticated?
All watches at R.M. Gallagher are guaranteed authentic by our trusted watchmaker, Arnesto.
Has this been serviced?
All watches at R.M. Gallagher are freshly serviced before being offered at the shop. Servicing is done by Arnesto whom we entrust our very own personal collection to. Rest assured, your watch has gone through very capable hands.
General Care
Given that most of our watches are around half a century old, they will need to be treated with extra love and care. Vintage watches also require regular servicing once every 2-3 years.
And, no you cannot take these out for a swim.

How do I pay?

Do you have photos of the movement?
Movement photos and other angles are available upon request. We typically don't open the cases during product shoots to avoid getting dust inside the watches.
Do you provide a warranty?
Each watch is guaranteed by a 30-day mechanical warranty – if anything goes wrong, please let us know. And please keep in mind, due to the nature of vintage watches, we expect reasonable treatment of all watches by their owners.
